I have EE 1.6.9 and MSM we noticed that when we click at Comments Awaiting Validation there is always comments from all the 3 sites we have. I guess it should be in each of the sites isn’t it?

This is actually normal behavior. If you’d like site-specific comment moderation in the CP, consider a Feature Request. Thanks!
