Every community likes a good conference right? Well for most of us the only option for a CodeIgniter conference has been EECICONF which has run twice now in Leiden and San Francisco.
Sadly (for some) these conferences tend to be heavily weighted towards ExpressionEngine and using CodeIgntier to develop Add-ons for ExpressionEngine. This is great for any developers like myself who are interested in both, but for those of you with no interest in ExpressionEngine you will find yourself paying rather a lot for talks that may not be of any interest to you.
The answer to this is CICON2010! We have secured sponsorship from EllisLab themselves and Isset.nl to run this conference and we have got the ticket prices down to as low as £20 for day one, £10 for day two!
Date
14th & 15th August 2010
Yes, this is only two months away, but tickets are on sale now.
