    Hey Everyone,

So I have a project coming up pretty fast here and I thought might ask the EE community for some direction on.

My company is sending out invitations to an event we are holding. On these invites will be a link to a web page where they can RSVP to the event as well as a password. Every invite will have the same password so we don’t need to set up separate passwords for each potential guest. On the web page will be a form for the RSVP but there will be a field that needs the specific password from the invitation for the form to be authenticated and sent away. Once they complete the form a message will be sent to the person inside our company who will compile the guest list.

I figure most of this can be handled really easily by FreeForm with the exception of the password authentication. So I was wondering if anyone has a solution or can point me to page that might have some answers for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks everyone!!

Create a user in a member group with access to the RSVP template. Use a hidden form-field for the username and just show the password in the login form.

    That should protect it.
