What about multi-language sites? Do you plan adding such a functionality?

The mojo-based content can all be translated, and there is nothing in mojo itself to prevent your use of multiple languages.

Thanks for the answer.
And what about inserting js content (ex. google maps)? Will there be an option to edit regions in non-wysiwyg textarea?

Out of the box, mojo is wysiwyg only.

What are the plans for MojoMotor add-on development? Will it be similar to EE?
#21 / Jun 21, 2010 12:03pm
There will be an addon structure and it will bear resemblances to EE.

Seeing as EE 2.0 is being built on CodeIgniter, is MojoMotor also using the CodeIgniter framework?
#23 / Jun 23, 2010 5:24pm
You bet. MojoMotor is a “stock” (unaltered CI core) CI2 application.

I want to buy it! Gimme!

The problem I have with EE is that I am not a developer. I spend the time to learn what I need to in order to get it to do what I want, then I move on and forget it. Every time I set up a new site (all personal) it’s as though I am relearning the product. I also sometimes forget why I made certain choices. Anyway, this is just a way to say that EE is often too complex or does more than I need it to.
This product looks perfect for what I want. Heck, I have a single page template site under MSM in EE.
I’ve stopped blogging because I am bored with my site design, don’t have the ambition to redesign it, and am too intimidated by the idea of firing up EE and having to relearn it yet again (this has been made worse by the introduction of EE 2.0). I hate the idea that I am doing things inefficiently or incorrectly.
Anyway, you have my $49.95.

Any chance of getting on the beta? Got another charity site to do and this looks like it would work well for them.

Hey Mat-Moo.
It sounds interesting, unfortunately the beta is at capacity right now, and truthfully we’re nearing the end of the process anyhow. So unfortunately I won’t be able to slot a license your way at this point, but I do hope to have Mojo in your hands very soon.
Thanks for your support!

Thanks for the reply Derek 😊 http://www.lanternarts.org is the site I’ve been asked about. But I think something like joomla is OTT

You may not care, but your twitter widget hasn’t updated in some time on the http://mojomotor.com/ site.

Hey Derek,
This looks amazing, although I’m basing this off a few assumptions.
I have a few websites already built in CI that I’d like to give my clients access to make basic changes to text. Would I need to alter my website structure to get it working with MojoMotor? Or is it as simple as adding a “Login” link at the bottom and some JS?
