Upgrade Apache/PHP index.php fail

    Hello i have recently come across this. In order to temporarily fix it, restart apache.

    I have been searching around on the internet and it seems a lot of people are getting this. Check your error logs for

    caught SIGTERM, shutting down

    if you have this then it seems to be a problem with apache possibly memory allocation.

    Unfortunately i cannot find a solution yet, however when i do i will post it here.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. Please keep us posted if you come across any further information, as it might help the community out in the long term. In that regard, I’ll be moving this thread over to Community Help to keep the discussion alive. The 1.x branch of ExpressionEngine is at 1.7.1 now and this decidedly falls into server vs. EE technical difficulties.
