I may have to get a site up quickly. Are there any off-the-shelf site themes on this site or elsewhere that aren’t about blogging? Everything in the template library seems to be for blogs. Seems a bit odd for a company that says that it is not principally in the blogging software business 😊

You might check out EE Templates, or WooThemes ExpressionEngine Themes.
EE 2.0 also ships with the Agile Records theme, which is also a learning resource. And there are Starter Files to help you get a headstart on a new design.
