Is there a URL Redirect module available? I keep coming across suggestions to use mod_rewrite in the config but I don’t have this readily available. Is there an installable module that could be used instead?

There’s erik’s Redirect Helper Lite (http://erikreagan.com/projects/redirect-helper-lite) - does that do what you need?
