When I delete the cache,i cannot able to delete some files under db_cache

I was able to delete your db_cache files using FTP.. still looking around.

OK, the issue is what domain I should be testing this with.
The config.php file has .ae instead of .org. If you login to the .ae version of the site, the MSM works just fine, and I can switch back and forth.
