Can anyone recommend a powerful “search” addon or plugin?

I am building a recruiting website for a client and they want a “job search” section where candidates can browse availble jobs.
Search functionality of course would be necessary.

Any ideas to get me started would be much appreciated.

There’s also Super Search by Solspace: http://www.solspace.com/software/detail/super_search/
