My dev setup at the moment is:
OS: Ubuntu 10.10
Editor: Gedit + Snippets plugin
Version control: Mercurial (+ hg-git for pushing to Heroku repositories)
Graphics: Photoshop on Windows XP running in Virtual machine
Browser: Chrome
Other: PHP, MySQL, Apache for working with CodeIgniter : )
Other: Ruby, Sinatra for quick websites
