Can't get the 'Offline' message to go away

I changed index.php to offline.html as instructed. When I completed the upgrade, I changed it back. When I go to my URL, I still get the page from the offline.html, however, if I enter my URL/index.php, my site loads just fine. The CP side works fine too.

HELP!

http://mysite.com—gets ‘offline’ message

http://mysite.com/index.php—works corrctly

Hi Rusty T,

Do you still have a copy of offline.html in your webroot alongside index.php?
