Blacklist Ban IP Range

    I want to ban the IP range of 206.190.32.0 through 206.190.63.255 in my Blacklist.

    How do I go about it?  Should I key in the range as 206.190.32.0-206.190.63.255 (with the slash)?  Will that work? 

    The IP is yahoo.com for the San Francisco bay area.  There is a stalker there I want to prevent seeing my website.
