Our site is just about ready for a live launch but we having issues putting the system ‘online’. The System Preferences > General Configuration screen shows the system as ‘on’ - however many parts of it still do not render unless a super admin is logged in (the same as it would in the offline state). This does not seem to be a site wide issue so we are wondering if there are additional settings in the weblogs or templates that need to be switched over.

Did you look at individual permissions for each template this is happening on?
