I’m using a lot of custom fields for posts, some of which are all related and displayed together in the same place on the website (under a heading such as “additional information”).

Is there any plugin that lets you add a heading or line of text on the post creation page in the back end ? Just a visual clue so that the user knows that the following fields are related to each other ?

There are two options here. The first being the MD Dulee Noted extension and the Field Header extension.

Hopefully one of those two should do what you need.
