I’m having the same problem…After moving the site to our new server, Freeform does not send notifications. It worked perfectly on our old server…I am able to send through the communicate tab and we even put a small php script in there to send an email, and that works too. Anyone able to help me out with this? Thanks

Have you definitely got both the ‘name’ and ‘email’ fields in your form - freeform requires them and won’t send the mail without them.

yes…and I’ve also since confirmed that this is NOT a server issue. I installed Freeform on another site on the same server and it sends properly, without a problem. For the site I’m having the problem with, I’ve completely uninstalled Freeform and re-installed it…same issue persists…Not sure what else to try..any ideas?

Have you tried contacting Solspace, the developer of the Module?

yes, I’ve posted on their forum. I have not emailed anyone directly..But I did see in the thread above that they were sending people back here for this issue…

hey…got it going. Kinda goofy actually…The “From Email” field was left blank and we totally overlooked this as the cause…Turns out if that field is left blank the notification email just won’t send. Thanks for the help, but this is now resolved for us. Cheers
