Hi together,
I am looking for a hardware recommendation. I need about 10 thin-clients for my warehouse.
My idea is something like:
- runs Ubuntu
- integrated encrypted WLAN
- ability to get a simple LED Scanner running (just something between keyboard and the pc)
- cheap
- no harddisk?
Where I am no hardware-guy 😊 (what a word, well I mean in sense of computers - haha) is there anyone who could let me have a hint, PLEASE.

dude. have u see those intel atom bundle kits, are good for thinclients, at amazon so cheap.. mainboard, processor and memory, less than 100$ and the no harddisk is useless, the harddisks are cheaper than ever, im using those kits for my lab’s hardware and run so good… sorry for the integrated wlan, there is no wlan with this bundle kit but i preffer ethernet lan.. is my opinion.
