okay, it looks like your bad behavior extension is missing a file. make sure you have the core.inc.php file in there.

I did ftp replace the core.inc.php file and enable the extension but site access problem remained.

Okay, I mnage to open up the core.inc.php file and realise some other files may be missing or corrupted. In any case, I copied again all the orioginal BB files and it is workign now.
