Is it possible to change the rules of EE how to replace the character if its not a letter that is allowed to be in url?
For example I’d like to replace letter ‘ลก’ with ‘s’, but EE would do ‘sh’.

Have you seen this extension? Otherwise, a hack would probably be required.

I think it’s not the very latest version, but it should do until the site comes back online…
