Sue, it looks like we got the multiple logins restriction working intermittently using session ID only.
It seems that when I login with a user the first time and try another machine I’m restricted.
However, if I’ve logged into both of those machines with that user I can then login to both machines simultaneously.
The return parameter is return=”/segment1”
But the url that’s returned on login is meetings.ou.org/sessionid/segment1
Is that correct?

Yes, your URL will looks correct.
I’m not understanding how you are able to log into the site when you are restricted in the first place. Can you give us a step by step to try to recreate the issue where you are able to log in on multiple machines.
