I am having an odd problem with getting a layout to render correctly my multisite installation of EE.
I have layout which utilizes the fluid960 css framework with javascript.

I have been having difficulty getting base template to render correctly in one of my EE sites:
    http://www.kidsrsu.org/index.php/home

However, as a test I setup the same exact template in another site within EE and it renders just fine.
    http://www.halldale.org/index.php/halldale_2

As you can see there is a distinct difference in the left-hand column.

Has anyone else observed a difference in rendering based on the site used in a multi-site setup?

dpotter2, I use external CSS files, would that work for you, at least for testing?

Are the sites using the same set of CSS files?

Both use the same CSS files (I cut and pasted them between the two sites template.

I believe I also tried external CSS and Javascript files with the same result..But I will try again and let you know.

I tried external CSS with no visible differnece. I also commented out each CSS file one at a time to see if I could isolate it to just one file, but that didn’t work either.

There have to be difference between the files: the broken site has no menu item “Four”, eg. That said, it’s very difficult to troubleshoot massive files such as yours with 600+ validation errors. If you start working on them, perhaps everything will fall into place eventually? I don’t think it’s an EE issue as such, to be honest.
