How could i organise this using categories and populate each seperate page with weblogs?
I don’t see the need for categories if i can just use a seperate weblog for each page?..

A separate weblog would work, of course, but remember that more weblogs begets more complexity (just remembering where everything is can be a challenge as a site grows).

Categories are really sub-sections of a section (as are sub-categories). There’s no set ‘best practices’ for organizing a site using weblogs, template groups, templates, categories, et al, so it’s OK to try something, analyze it (since you know more about the content and growth potential of the site), and make adjustments accordingly.

From what I can see of your list (and there may be more...) I would keep it simple. Two weblogs. One for “Info” which will contain About, Overview, History, Clients, Contact, etc. One for Services, which contains Health, Transport, Telecoms, etc (seems like main content). Each of those could have categories, too.

One of the delight things about EE is the flexibility. You can organize a site’s internal and external (visible) structure so many ways. Of course, starting with a blank white board can be the biggest challenge, so, start with something…

    Thanks for the help grumps,

    - finally decided to actually start somewhere and got my head round it in the end,

i went with the Home > Section > Category > Sub-Category > Name of Article approach you mentioned on another thread and everything is working great so far.
