On a site I’m developing people will be sharing files widely—mostly text documents, but still with plenty of opportunity for copyright issues. I’d like to get ahold of an airtight Terms and Conditions that will cover my tush. Something like what YouTube has, where it’s totally the uploaders responsibility and all the site has to do when confronted with a violation is remove the offending file….
Does anyone either a) have one of these around that can easily be modified, b) know where I could find one easily and cheaply, or c) have a recommendation of a legal group that could do this at such a price that they won’t own me to the third generation at completion?
