Take a look at the Seg2Cat extension I think that will do what you are after.

Sorry never actually used that one but just remembered it from quite a while back and I think it should do what you are after. Apologies if I am wrong on what it does though.

    Best wishes,

    Mark

    Good find, Mark.

Well more of a memory thing than anything. Just remembered it from quite a while back and thought it might do the trick. Hope it does!

    Best wishes,

    Mark

Hi (sorry for taking new post, but i’ve got a new point),
I used the tag module instead of the standard EE categories, which works fine now.

But now, EE is giving me the second segment for standard(in exp:weblog), while it should take the 3rd, see:

Hope some of you are able to help me with this (again…)

    —edit—

Could it be, that we are dealing with a Bug here?? anyone?

    —edit2—

I solved it! Somewhere at the bottom of the bottom of the bottom of the documentation it said I should put dynamic=“off”, So I did this, and now It all works fine!

I thought it might would be handy for others searching for this 😉.
