We are using a custom branded activeCollab (http://www.activecollab.com/) for project managment.

Thanks for explaining Subversion Albrecht. For the ActiveCollab. Do you have or know any tutroil or something sort.
Im working against few deadlines and need to establish something these project management scripts can do. But though its shiny and nice- i havent had time to go through it properly.

Is there any tut that goes step by step

    Just try the demo.

If you would like to benefit from such tools you have to take care of many factors: your workflow, cost of software/infrastructure, customization etc..

For instance activeCollab is developed/licensed to run on your own server/webspace and you have to pay $ 399 for one installation.

Well I dont wanna shift out of the topic ,so I may open another tread for this. But, i already did few days back. Im having this very dumb and dull days in this week. Every thing is hammering down like thunders as deadlines are as dangerous as their names.

I dont have the (currently) have the luxury of playing with the script. I have an demo account but simply i dont know what to do. But with the features and many other comments do create some sort of a picture on my mind.

I hope i did explain myself on this matter. Thanks albrecht. And for the topics sake, i would like to underline- Project Managers do help you work with your team more efficiently. (especially if you know how to use it.)
