My weblog’s index page appears as expected when I go to my weblog’s url. Example: http://www.myweblogsite.com.
How do I change the home page to be content other than a weblog? In other words, I’d like to change the default/home page to be something different. Examples: a static EE page or even a page that is maintained outside of EE. Something similar to EE’s main website where it has a opening page.
The goal is show a page of my choosing when visitors navigate to http://www.myweblogsite.com or www.myweblogsite.com/index.php.
If it helps, I plan on having my IIS server’s Home Directory set to the main EE directory to prevent the EE directory name from being part of the url.
