I have noticed that other sites are leeching off my images uploaded into my EE posts. Is there anyway of blocking the access to these images from any other domain within EE?

I came across a .htaccess script that might work (not tried yet as i’m at work) but is there an option within EE to do a similar thing?

Nothing that I know of exists in ExpressionEngine as such so a .htaccess leech file is probably going to be your best bet here I think.

The great thing about it is that you can specify another image to show in place of the image which is being used and that’s when you can start to get really creative, if a bit naughty at times 😉

    Best wishes,

If you have access to the server and are able to install some tools, you could make some on-the-fly changes to the images served, flip them vertically for instance for a funny touch!

Ahh but that’s where the fun can begin. On your side I mean 😉
