Hi folks:

Does anyone here have an tips for converting a Relationship field which contains data to a Playa or Multi-relation field?  This seems like something I could dope out, but so far I’m just plain stumped.

The fields you’re referring to already has data in it?  If so, I suggest making a test relationship field, create a few entries, and then convert it to Playa, and see if the data is retained.

Yes, I already tried a test field and found that simply changing the field type loses the extant data.  Does anyone have any ideas about converting those data?

I’m excited to watch the screencast, but this machine isn’t working nicely with that player, so I’ll need to do that on another box at some point.
