I’m currently going through a “role enhancement” at work, which I guess could be described as a promotion without a pay rise. On the flip side, I am getting a load of Actionscript training that should swell my melon nicely.
Part of this role enhancement is to change my official job title. There’s no-one that has ever really had this role before so no-one’s come up with a name yet. I’m currently titled (very unimaginatively) “web designer”. My new role basically involves leading (design and dev) pretty much every flash based project that comes out of our office.
The best I could come with was:
