I.E6 is a huge problem, why is this crap still being used?. Unbelievable. I’ve Attached a image screenshot of my the Google Ananytics of one my websites. out of the browsers, 74.34% use I.E, of this 74.34%, 49% still use I.E 6!
(sorry if its distorted. This forum only allows 800 x 600 Max resolution of image..)

i find that the main problem is total ignorance to the internet. a lot of people i’ve upgraded didn’t even know that they had a choice (firefox, chrome, safari, or even an upgrade to a new version).
some didn’t even know it was called internet explorer. they just thought that was the only way to view the internet. also people don’t maintain their computers. they treat them like they should just work perfectly with no user maintenance at all. i tell them to treat them like cars, they need tune ups, oil changes (defrags, virus cleanups, etc). so i think the fight is more about computer education as much it is against IE6
