So I am thinking of putting together a blog to go over EE best practices and examples for straight up beginners.  I want to know before I go doing that has it been done already.  I looked around and did not see anything.  I am no expert at EE just yet but I have experienced some things newcomers would really appreciate.  Spending more time in the forums then I ever thought I would, knowing pretty much every single decent extension, plugin and module.  I guess I want to shave sometime off the learning curve, the basic learning curve that is.

Go for it. I don’t seen any other EE site with that focus. Review add ons, provide room for comments from EE users, run some how-to series, and life gets better for everyone.

I’m not a believer in “best practices”...but certainly have a number of examples for beginners on Train-ee.

I’m also open to guest authors if you want to put your content on an existing site with existing audience..😉

Also I know Ryan is planning an organized library of add-ons over at http://devot-ee.com.
