What are some of the top CMS’s in programming/scripting languages besides PHP. I very much like what I hear about Expression Engine but at the same am looking to expand my knowledge and learn other languages. I’m especially interested in Python (I know Django is a bit CMS-y but is mostly a framework).

Plone is written on top of Zope which is written in Python. A friend of mine swears by Plone. Never used it myself, but it might be some place to start looking.
