Hi
Some of my staff members are contacting inactive members via the private messaging system, however this is taking them longer than necessary because they keep getting told to wait 30 seconds between posts.
I have looked everywhere I can think of in the admin panel but can’t find this limitation. Can anyone help, please?

There is a hidden configuration variable to do this (prv_msg_throttling_period).
Add that to your config.php file to alter the throttling time.
