I cannot create the “Hello World” tut with this version as stated.
When I take away the <html></html> tags it will let me save the template, but if those tags are included I get this error when trying to save:
Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /gng-ee/admin.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
