I so love that the formatting menu is automatically populated with all available plugins when creating a new field.
However, when editing a field, the list remains the same as pre-2.4 - only “None”, XHTML”, “Auto BR”, and your last-saved selection (if different from the defaults) are displayed.
I reckon that the full list should be displayed when editing as well.
