Error when Comments Contain Image URLs

When viewing the display page for a channel entry that contains a comment which contains an image URL - when image URLs have been set to not be allowed in the control panel - this error is displayed at the top of the channel entry display page:

I changed my Control Panel settings so image URLs are allowed, and the error code is no longer showing.
