Please read this thread first for some background info:

Here are the steps to reproduce:
1. Create a channel
2. Go to Publish page of that channel, close the URL TITLE with the Eye Icon, and save the layout.
3. Reload the same Publish page, and open URL TITLE with the Eye Icon, and save the layout again.
4. Now go to that channel’s preferences in Channel Administration, under “Publish Page Customization†set Display URL TITLE to “NOâ€, and click save.
5. Now go to that channels publish page and enjoy a php error (At least i get it).
This also happens on some occasions when setting preferences of, for example the Ping tab, which has been customized via the publish page toolbar before, without “remove layout” before editing channel preferences with “Publish Page Customization”.
