The commissioner is a self taught developer of many years who has no qualifications or degrees for computer programming. Oddly enough, this has led to an outstanding career as an executive in a very large company's I.T. department. Go figure. Outside of work, he spends time developing, mainly in PHP. Go figure again...a suit who still likes to code.
