I've spent most of my adult life -- something on the order of 35 years now -- writing about technology and doing software design and development. I've published something over 60 books on high tech topics from HyperTalk to Smalltalk, from AI to JavaScript. I live in Monterey, CA, with my lovely wife of 28 years, Carolyn, and our resident boss, an uppity Shiitzu named Albert Einstein. Technology and spirituality are my principal interests and occupations, though I am a voracious reader and I'll blog about almost anything at the drop of a hat and I carry around a box of hats.
