Wayn Hall is both a web designer and web developer, specializing in creating fast, responsive, mobile friendly, custom websites and web apps. He has been marking up html since the 90s, and has been programming both php and javascript since 2009. He recently started a project called IgniterPlate, to help himself and others start off web projects by building on top of the HTML5 Boilerplate while using the CodeIgniter framework.
