If you ever thought of running your own help desk, you might have heard of HelpSpot software by UserScape. It is recommended by many people on EE forums and it’s really one of the best.
But until this time there has been no add-on to integrate HelpSpot into ExpressionEngine.
So here’s the module the will fill the gap. Say welcome to HelpSpot EE manager.
Your customers are now able to create new requests, view their opened requests, update them, etc without leaving the main site!

This is a commercial add-on, the cost is $49. It currently supports EE 1.x only, but I have EE2 version in my plans (when I’ll get requests for it)
