I installed EE on a Godaddy server for a client “http://www.streetsweetsny.com/new/”

I have been getting “500 internal server errors” and “Status: 404 Page Not Found” and messages that my htaccess file that I posted can’t be found or doesn’t have permissions, but I know that it does.

The server directory that I am using is”/home/content/s/t/r/streettruck212/html/new/” I think it might have something to do with that?

I don’t know if Godaddy have some special considerations.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I am afraid this is clearly a server issue. Have you contacted their support? Also, there’s a bit about Godaddy in the wiki, too. Moving to Howto.
