    Hello,

In the standard config of EE an end-user can link to a certain page by clicking on the link button and providing the URL manually.  Is there a way (or extension that I’m not aware of) to make this more user friendly, eg provide a window where the end-user can point and click to the internal page he wants to refer to?

    best regards,
    Tim

Nope - not that I’ve ever seen anyway.

The challenge with building such a widget is that an EE post doesn’t necessarily == a page.  A page on the rendered site may comprise 1-x posts from different weblogs, so EE would have to somehow render the site in order to populate such a list with actual page URLs that you could link to.

However - in the right cases (usually highly defined) you can setup this functionality using relationships.
