Pagination issues

Hi,

Will someone tell me what the problem is with this code? I parse php on output and I have been using pagination on most of my sites. The problem is that when I click link 2 to get to the next page to see more images, the page simply reloads and it does not go to the intended page. On click on the next link, the url changes to this: http://mysite/index.php/gallery/photos/32/P8/P8/P8/
