One of my users with an apostrophe in their screenname (example Ted O’Connors) has informed me that their screen name shows up as

Ted O'Connors

Is this something wrong on the display-side, or is it the way the character was entered into the database?

Hm- I don’t replicate on mine.  Just changed my screen name on my test site to rob1’s name, and it parses fine both in the member template display and just sticking the screen_name global on a template.  As does just sticking a copy of your example on a page- entities should be parsed correctly.

Do you know exactly where it’s getting goobered?  Like- when it displays comment name and such?  And is it goofy in the member templates if you go look at their public profile?
