    Hey folks,

Is there a way to remove rank denial formatting for links to inline anchors?

    eg.

    <a href="#c45">Permalink</a>

I realise that the way EE formats these links will still achieve the same result, but it’s an unnecessary server hit. Like this I mean:

    <a href="http://newism.com.au/?URL=http://newism.com.au/blog/post/58/bigtarget-js-increasing-the-size-of-clickable-targets/#c64">Permalink</a>

    Cheers 😊
