I’m using a SAEF for my members to post content. But when members use the form the weblog associated with the SAEF is making the weblog status closed. But if the super admin uses the SAEF the weblog status post as open.
I have tried changing the member setting but still no results. And any advise on how to resolve this?

Do you have a status group assigned in Admin -> Weblog Administration -> Weblog Management -> Edit Groups?

Ok thanks that worked!! I had the groups set to none. But i changed them to default status.

Yep- if a status group isn’t assigned, you’ll run into the above behavior. Glad Lisa got you squared away 😉.
