Me again, this time I have two problems.
When editing a post, the {entry_date format=' %l, %F %d, %Y'} tag suddenly displays nothing. It just disappears.
Is there a way to dynamically link to an entry through some kind of tag?

EDIT: I found out the solution to the date problem. I removed the date_heading tags before and after.
But I still would love to know how to dynamically link to another post.
