Hi,
I’ve been searching for a solution to this, and haven’t found anything yet.
I have 2 EE systems and want to merge them. I need to export the users from one, and import them into the other. More importantly, I want to move the discussion forum content over as well.
Is there a way to export all that content, and magically link it back up with the proper users?

There is no way to do that automagically, I am afraid. Your best bet is probably to export data from one installation, and import it to the other one.

Thanks. I’ll look into that.
I got the users moved over (which was quite the chore.) I had one user with an accent in their screen name, and than caused the XML importer to fail… talk about trying to find a needle!
