Uploaded the newest EE to the new server, moved the old config.php and path.php to the new server, checked the permissions they are 666 and the cache folder is 777.

ETA:  I think I need the update folder.  I need more coffee.

This generally happens if you don’t have a fresh version of the update folder.  Have you updated to the latest files?  If so- perhaps update.php or the updates folder were corrupted in transfer.  Delete those and upload fresh copies from your latest 1.6.4 download.  Should do the trick.

And I’m going to shift this up to ‘Install’.

Getting forum errors now, and the forums are not updated (yes, I did upload the new files).

Unable to locate the forum theme folder.

ETA:  Some odd characters in the theme path, I took those out and it’s now showing up.

ETA x 2 (:P): Everything looks okay, tentatively say close thread.
