Is it possible to upload a file (like you can in a weblog field) to a custom category field? Or are there any extensions/plugins that will do this?

You cant upload a file to a category field, per se, but you can certainly upload the file then copy and paste the image url (or image code) in the custom category field.

Ok maybe it’ll be in 2.0 then! If the customer really wants it I might have a play with the code but i think copy and paste will have to do for now!
